This Welshpool property is an old stepped warehouse building that required a roof replacement due to ongoing and untraceable roof leaks. With the challenge of transporting, craning and handling 20m roof sheets, the project had its share of challenges.

Our competent team were able to complete the roof replacement including the installation of white base 75mm anticon, with no fuss. The operational workshop below was cordoned off in zones and client was still able to trade without too much disruption.
