This semi vacant office building has seen a full roof replacement, including box gutters, downpipes and perimeter wall flashings and cladding. With professional tenancies on ground floor, the scope required us to complete works with no disruptions in business hours, this was carried out with no fuss.The roof was also fitted with many AC condenser units that were being utilized by active tenancies. With summer days in full swing throughout the project, the AC units needed to be disconnected and reconnected without downtime through the working day. Co-ordination with mechanical contractors was smooth and without incident. A new perforated box gutter mesh was used for the first time and proved to be a great success. Owners and property managers extremely happy with the outcome.
