Completed over the course of 2016 Winter. This project involved complicated road closures, oversized craning and logistical challenges.
With the installation of 24m roof sheets came obstacles not seen on many other projects.

The 20+ tenancies on upper floor required to operate as normal, our planning and strategies set us in good stead to execute the project with ease and with very little disruption to any businesses.
The completed roof replacement and new walkway installation was a great success.
