Kwinana Shopping Centre

This main shopping hub in the southern suburbs has seen some spectacular additions in recent years. With the original roof overlooked, it has now gone through its own renewal process. Significant repairs and partial replacement have occurred to various roof components. Box gutter and sumps over Woolworths have been completely replaced and whilst we were at it, design improvements have been made to sump boxes to ensure longevity. Shroud sets have been fitted to large mechanical penetrations and manhole hatches. Damaged roof sheets have been removed and fitted with new heavy-duty sheets. Another large aspect of the work was renewing hundreds of meters or failed sealant to wall flashings and general flashing junctions throughout the roof.
