Rockingham Challenger Tafe
A successful roof replacement of several major buildings at the college. The steel roof was previously fitted with a light duty roof sheet that had been damaged by excessive foot traffic to roof penetrations over the course of many years.
This project included re-pitching the failing box gutter system and installing large rainhead hoppers to form overflow relief points.
A new heavy-duty gauge sheet was nominated for the project. In addition, the dozens of mechanical services and fixtures were fitted with extensive dry pan flashings to create a premium watertight finish that is expected to last north of 20+ years.
Works completed on time and to an elite standard.
