Swan Waters Apartments

This complex group of 22 apartments nestled on the Swan river in Maylands was fitted with Klip Lok sheeting and matching colorbond flashings. The unique building shape and many transition points in the roof line meant a high level of skill was required to execute the works to a high standard.
With tenants and owners residing in the unit’s whist replacement occurred, it was essential that we carried out the replacement with a healthy dose of consideration for owners. With no issues or complaints, we managed to complete the project in a timely manner.

This premium roof covering is now set for the next 40+ years.
