Water Corp Shenton Park

This 5000m2 facility was converted from the asbestos sheeting at time of construction to colorbond sheeting, matching flashings and accessories.

With many restrictions due to asbestos removal, this project threw up many daily challenges due to delays with removal & disposal. Warehouse bays below housed expensive equipment and could not be left uncovered at the end of each day, this meant our team was required to cover the bays to ensure all roof structures were watertight each night.
Works completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
