Terms & Conditions

1. All payments are strictly 30 days from invoice issue date, unless otherwise specified, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
2. Our quotation is based upon our being given/having reasonable continuity of work on site, should site conditions dictate otherwise, we reserve the right to review our price.
3. Prices quoted for all products/services are subject to variation by MLC Roof Services Pty Ltd
4. MLC Roof Services Pty Ltd will perform all works as detailed in the supplied quotation and in accordance with State OH&S Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards
5. Should any special precautions be required to be taken by MLC Staff, it is requested that to ensure their health and safety on the client’s site; these should be notified in writing to MLC management prior to the commencement of any contract. The following are to be provided by:
   • Supply and connections to power and water that are required by our plant and equipment.
   • Provision of welfare facilities for our employees (toilets & Crib room)
   • Site security.
   • Isolation of any services if required.
6. MLC Roof Services quotations are based upon completing works in accordance with the scope of works. Should it prove necessary to amend the plan of work due to any change in site conditions, we reserve the right to review our price.
7. In the event of an abortive visit, MLC shall levy a standard charge to compensate for unproductive time/use of plant and materials.
8. MLC Roof Services Pty Ltd will carry out works in a reasonable time-frame. However, delays can occur from time to time due to elements and unexpected events.
9. Extreme weather conditions and/or rain days may delay the commencement of work or prevent specific works being carried out.
10. Placement of orders deems total acceptance of our terms and conditions.
